Pullman 2015

Chance's parents were nice enough to let our whole family join them in Pullman this year. the last time that I visited Pullman I was pregnant with Luke! And this was Bradley's first trip. He was very excited to see first hand what all the fuss was about. The older boys have been to Pullman twice before and always have a great time! I was not looking forward to the 5 hour drive but it went better than I expected. Not much complaining just non-stop requests for snacks! It was about 9:30 when we finally got to our hotel. Amazingly, Bradley never slept the whole drive. But the poor boy was so exhausted when we were putting him to bed that night, he was just crying and he didn't know why! It's tough to finally arrive at your destination, only to go to bed, but the boys did pretty good with it.

The next morning, had the free continental breakfast. It was mostly older guests eating, so our crazy gang was a bit of a spectacle. Especially when Bradley, for no reason ran screaming across the room. He doesn't really get cranky when he is tired, just obnoxious. After breakfast we headed out to see the bears. Bradley really wanted to see them.

Then we walked around campus for a bit. It was really cool to see how thing have changed and really weird to see my children walking around a place I used to call home at such a young, pre-children era. The boys were CRAZY! They were having a lot of fun. They took every opportunity they could to run, jump and climb on whatever they saw. What do you do on a college campus? Why, run in 3 different directions, of course.

We were hanging out at the CUB at one point. Nate kicked back with his arms behind his head and said, "It's a lifetime, I can just sit here and look at that Cougar." I just love his little phrases!

I was really excited to eat at Chance and my favorite restaurant in Pullman - New Garden!!! That place had not changed a bit! And C9 was just as delicious as it always was!

Of course Grandma and Grandpa were kind enough to treat the boys to some souvenirs. Nate picked out a cool Cougar shirt (that he wants to wear about every day now). Here we all are in front of the clock tower.

Before the game the boys had a blast wrestling around and playing football not the practice field.

Game Time!

The boys liked the first bit of the game, but these boys would much rather play football than watch it at this point. So there was a quite a bit of whining. It didn't help that Bradley is scared of Butch and wanted to go home every time he saw him walking around.

We left at the 3rd quarter. By the time we were back at the hotel and ready for bed the game (which we were now watching on TV) was about over. They WON! We all snuggled in bed and watched some TV (so the boys wouldn't bounce off the walls). Not much is on that is appropriate for little boys at that time of night. Thank goodness for American Ninja Warrior! They all loved watching the contestants try to get through the obstacle course.

Before we left town the next morning we took one last stroll around campus. The boys got to race on the track.

Then we went back to the practice field so the boys could burn off some more energy before our long drive.

Playing with the tackle dummies. They did this for at least half and hour!

We found these cool hammocks outside the CUB. One for each boy! Where were these when I was in school?
