So for the special events I try to capture the festivities on my video camera, so I don't really get any pictures. Not to mention I try to enjoy what I can in person instead of through a lens. But we had a great time celebrating with our families. It's challenge trying to remind young children to be grateful. Our Christmas morning was a bit of a let down. We didn't even make it past the stockings without a meltdown and sending the big boys to their room. Not ideal to have to take away the present they just got for the day, but let's hope the lesson was learned and maybe next year will be a little more joyous!
